Wantage and Grove AC is an active club organising a number of events for the enjoyment and participation of all members.

First among these are the club matches, these are friendly events but the bragging rights are fiercely competed for. The club tries to keep the match calendar fresh by scheduling a balance between using its own waters and visiting interesting local fisheries.

In order to keep the club fisheries in a useable and safe condition there are a number of working parties organised. This aspect of the club may not be the most glamorous but is essential. Any help you can give is always greatly appreciated, even if you can't attend any of the scheduled events if you can offer any time, even half an hour, then please contact the committee. The club is looking for someone who can give half an hour or so a week to cut the grass and tidy the pond, this would be a paid post and would suit someone who finds themselves with a little time to spare.
