Safety when on W&G fisheries

 

Wantage and Grove Angling Club take the safety of its members and their guests very seriously.

However, the banks of ponds and rivers can be, by their very nature, dangerous places. Members are required to treat the bank-side with care and caution, there are lots trip and slip hazards, many of which may result in unwanted falls and or immersion in water.

​

When moving around on the bank-side please check all footholds, bearing in mind that trip hazards may be obscured by vegetation.
