When do I have to renew by?
​Renewals must be completed between 1 March and 30 April and the membership will remain valid until 30 April of the year following renewal.

What happens if I forget to renew in time?
If you fail to renew by the 30 April then your membership will have expired. You will no longer be able to renew but must re-apply under the same rules as everyone else (including being placed at the end of any existing waiting list).

What happens if I lose my permit?
You may not fish the club's waters without being in posession of a valid membership card.

How do I get a replacememt membership card?
Go to the contacts page and advise the club that you have lost your membership card and would like a replacement. You will need to send a new passport photo and pay a fee equivalent to 10% of the full membership costs. A new card will be sent to you.

Can I bring a guest?
The club offers guest permits, at the time of writing (May 2021) these these cost £25. They run concurrently with the membership and allow the member to take one guest at any time. The member to whom the guest ticket is issued must accompany their guest. The guest permit may not be used on its own.

Can I bring my son/daughter/grandchild?
Junior tickets (under 16 on 30 April of the current year) are available at any time (limited to a maximum of 25) without having to join the waiting list. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I come to the meetings?
Yes, all members are welcome to attend the meetings. These take place on the first Tuesday of each month and, under normal circumstances, are held in the Kings Head in Wantage, starting at 8pm.
